Domestic Shipping
Shipping Cost
All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and may vary depending on parcel size and destination.

Delivery Time Estimates
All orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
If there is a large volume of orders, or over busy holiday periods, some shipments may be delayed. You will be contacted if shipment is delayed by more than 24 hours.
Average Delivery Times as given by Australia post are:

During busy periods, extreme events, or when destinations are in remote areas, some deliveries may take up to 15 days to deliver. If you have not received your parcel after this time, please contact me at info@jmchapman.com.au .
Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all details included. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.
All parcels are tracked. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an update from Australia Post with your tracking number.
Loss or Damages
While packing, every effort is made to ensure your items are packed as securely and as safely as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as possible at info@jmchapman.com.au. Please include photos of the damages to product and packaging.
You may be entitled to a refund. Please see our refunds and returns policy for details.
International Shipping
jmchapman.com.au does ship internationally!
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on current Australia Post fees and taxes. Shipping cost will vary on parcel size and destination.
To get a estimation of shipping costs and times for your area, you can use the postage calculator on the Australia post website.

Incorrect Shipping Address
I will make every effort to confirm that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. On occasion, an address will be flagged as invalid by Australia Post when shipment is being processed. If this occurs, I will contact you to confirm your address.
If an address cannot be confirmed with the customer, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
jmchapman.com.au will not be held responsible for loss of package where the wrong shipping address has been provided.
Stolen or Missing Parcels.
If you are notified by Australia Post that your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received your order, please let me know as soon as possible by:

Packaging Sustainably
I am committed to using environmentally sustainable packaging wherever possible, to get your items to you dry and undamaged.
Most paper items, such as cards and prints, are wrapped in biodegradable cellophane, and packed in clean, up-cycled boxes, or reusable and recyclable padded mailers. Delicate items will be wrapped in recyclable wrapping such as tissue and brown paper.
Digital Products
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any digital products, please contact me at info@jmchapman.com.au .
